Terms of Service.

We provide structural engineering services — calculations, details, and PE-stamped, permit-ready plans — as described in the proposal signed by you and Apexo. Work outside that scope (revisions to architectural design, geotechnical, civil, MEP, or contractor means and methods) is not included unless added in writing.

The content on this site is provided for general information. Engineering opinions, code references, and project examples shown here are not project-specific advice and may not be relied upon without an executed engagement.

Drawings, calculations, and other instruments of service remain the property of Apexo. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the specific project they were prepared for. Reuse on other projects requires written permission.

Fees, deposits, and payment terms are set out in your proposal. Invoices are due on receipt unless stated otherwise. Late balances may accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law.

You agree to provide accurate site information, architectural plans, geotechnical reports where applicable, and timely responses to questions. We rely on this information; errors or omissions outside our control are not our responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apexo's total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Flathead County, Montana.
