Refund Policy.

Engineering work is a custom professional service. Refunds are limited to circumstances where work has not yet been performed or where a clear delivery failure has occurred.

1. Deposits

Deposits are refundable in full if you cancel before any engineering work has started. Once work is underway, deposits are credited against fees earned and any unused portion is refunded after the final invoice is reconciled.

2. Fees for delivered work

Fees for calculations, drawings, and reviews that have been delivered are non-refundable. Stamped, permit-ready deliverables represent professional time and responsibility that cannot be reversed.

3. Errors and corrections

If a deliverable contains an error attributable to Apexo, we will correct it at no additional cost. Corrections are the primary remedy; monetary refunds are considered only when corrections are not feasible.

4. How to request a refund

Send a written refund request to team@apexoengineering.com with your project number, the invoice in question, and a brief description of the reason. We will respond within 10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved directly and faster than a card-network dispute. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may be contested.
